Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in courses or utilizing the library facilities at KK Luthra and Nirmal Luthra Library & Study Centre, students and their guardians agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, along with the rules of discipline established by the institution.

2. Admissions and Enrollment

Admission is strictly based on eligibility criteria, including economic background assessments for EWS/BPL students. The administration reserves the right to accept or reject any application without assigning a reason. All information provided during admission must be accurate and verified.

3. Discipline and Conduct

• Students must maintain strict silence and decorum within the library and study areas.
• Use of mobile phones for non-educational purposes is strictly prohibited inside the library.
• Any misbehavior, vandalism, or disrespect toward faculty, staff, or fellow students may result in immediate suspension or termination of enrollment.
• Students must adhere strictly to the timings assigned for classes and library usage.

4. Library Rules

Books and study materials provided in the library are the property of the Nirmal Luthra Foundation. They must be handled with care. Any damage or loss of books issued to a student will result in a penalty or require replacement of the material. Borrowing privileges may be revoked for continued negligence.

5. Liability

While we strive to provide a safe and secure environment, the KK Luthra and Nirmal Luthra Library & Study Centre is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings brought by students onto the premises.

6. Amendments

The management reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions, as well as operational rules, at any time. Notice of significant changes will be communicated to enrolled students.
