Admission Process & Eligibility Guidelines
The Study Centre is primarily intended for students belonging to the Economically Weaker Section (EWS) and Below Poverty Line (BPL) categories. Admissions are undertaken through a simple, respectful, and non-intrusive verification process to ensure that deserving students receive access to quality education and facilities.
Eligibility for Admission (Required Documents)
Students seeking admission must provide the following documents during the verification process:
Aadhar Card of both parents. If Single Parent only, then a formal declaration in the form of a Single Parent is required.
Valid Aadhar Card of the Student applicant for identity and age verification.
EWS Certificate / BPL Card / Income Tax paper to verify household income eligibility.
Valid School ID card or bonafide study certificate from school confirming Student enrollment.
Official Class 10 board examination marksheet and passing certificate of the Student.
Step-by-Step Enrolment Process
Step 1: Application Submission
Submit the preliminary admission form either at the Arya Samaj Defence Colony office or via our online enquiry form.
Step 2: Document Verification
Submit copies of parents' & Student's Aadhar cards, EWS/BPL/Income tax papers, school ID/study certificate, and Class 10 marksheet for review.
Step 3: Screening / Interview
A brief interaction with our academic counselors to understand the Student's goals (e.g., NEET or JEE) and assess their dedication.
Step 4: Admission & Orientation
Upon approval, Students are officially enrolled, provided with study materials, and given access to the library facilities.
Nominal Registration & Contribution Structure
Registration payable to Arya Samaj
Per month as donation to Arya Samaj
